3D Laser Scanning
Standard service includes tripod based 3D laser scanning wiith a Leica BLK-360 (TM). You will receive a .NWD or .RCP file you can use to view and measure your property. This file can be used by contractors to more accurately bid on your projects. Free 3D viewers are available from AutoDesk. Here: https://www.autodesk.com/products/navisworks/3d-viewers
Building InteriorsReflective surfaces can not be scanned. Windows and mirrors create ghosts and errors in scan data. Window blinds or curtains must be closed, or sprayed with a temporary coating to deglaze them. This can become time consuming so uncovered windows may cause extra scanning time.
